Four children fall through ice on Crystal Lake in Roxborough State Park. It happened Tuesday. Neighbors saw what happened and used safety hoses and ropes to reign in two girls and a boy. A dive team had to rescue a fourth child from the icy waters. That boy, who’s a young teen, was hospitalized. Fire agencies are asking parents to ensure their kids and pets stay off ponds and lakes even when they appear frozen.
