Rape is on the rise at the University of Northern Colorado. Sexual assaults at residence halls doubled from 2017 to 2018, according to the university’s 2019 Security and Fire Safety Report released this week. UNC reported 33 crimes in 2018, up from 11in 2017, according to the report.
