A prospective buyer of the former Woodward Inc. property in Loveland continued working with companies interested in developing a data center on the site into late August, newly released city records show, when community members began clamoring for a moratorium on such centers. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, property owner Martin Lind said Thursday that he had been negotiating with Angela Herceg of Quanenergy over the sale of the property at 3800 N. Wilson Ave. but was unaware that Herceg was working with Spark AI Foundry and other companies on a potential data-center development.
