A felony robbery suspect who escaped custody nearly two weeks ago is back behind bars following a multi-agency operation in Greeley, Colorado. Police say 33-year-old Byron Roth fled a transport vehicle along Interstate 76 on October 16th after feigning an illness. Acting on an anonymous tip, law enforcement officers located Roth hiding at an apartment complex on 23rd Avenue, where he surrendered peacefully after officers surrounded the building. Roth was booked into the Weld County Jail on charges of aggravated robbery, escape, and drug violations.
