On Tuesday, the Greeley City Council will review its boards and commissions to determine whether they are fulfilling their primary purpose and whether they should continue. Acocrding to the Greeley Tribune, council will also hold its third quarterly review of city finances, highlighting trends and expenditures that are hitting the city hardest. The city council will have its triennial review of the Human Relations Commission, Judicial Review Board, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the Museum Advisory Board. The purpose of this review is to determine whether each commission or board is still serving the city as intended. If they aren’t, those boards and commissions will be dissolved in December.
