Grass fire that forced evacuations contained in Boulder County

A small wildfire that forced evacuations Thursday in Boulder County has been fully contained. The grass fire broke out around 2 p.m. just off Highway 36 and forced residents along Lefthand Canyon Road to Nelson Road and Heil Valley Ranch to evacuate. At least five structures were threatened by the flames, but none were damaged. The fire burned about 19 acres and 150 feet of fencing.
