A Fort Collins chef and restaurant owner has been sentenced following an arrest earlier this year that involved a SWAT response.  The Coloradoan reports 37 year-old Ryan Damasky, co-owner of Bistro Nautile, pleaded guilty in Larimer County to one count of third-degree assault stemming from a February 16th incident. Under the terms of the plea agreement, prosecutors dropped felony charges of second-degree assault and false imprisonment. Damasky was sentenced to 18 months of probation, 60 hours of community service, and mandatory random drug screenings.
