Agreement reached in Loveland city manager harassment case

Loveland’s city manager has agreed to community service and conflict management courses in a harassment case. As part of the diversion agreement, a misdemeanor harassment charge against Steve Adams would be dropped and the case would be sealed, according to the Loveland Reporter Herald.
