Larimer County homeowners who rent their properties short-term will be required to pay a fee. According to The Coloradoan, beginnning Tuesday homeowners will have to pay $300 to get a permit and inspection to make sure thier house is compliant. You can get all the information and proper permits on the Larimer County website, or at the Larimer County Building on W Oak St in Fort Collins.
