A Greeley teen is now facing charges after he was arrested in connection to an open carry incident near an elementary school. Reports of an armed man on 29th Street Road Friday afternoon prompted a lockdown at Union Colony Elementary, as officers searched the area, the Greeley Tribune reported Tuesday. Greeley police quickly found the suspect and a hunting rifle. He was taken into custody without incident, according to Greeley Police. No one was injured.
