The future of the old Sears department store building at the Greeley Mall looks bright. The 86,000-square-foot building has been empty since 2018 and the new owners say once demolition is complete the 2.5-acre parcel left behind will almost be like a fresh canvas for developers who will begin envisioning how the space could be filled in the mall which is experiencing a resurrection.
