After years of construction, Loveland’s mammoth Amazon robotics fulfillment center is still in works but not opening anytime soon. The Coloradoan reports while once slated to debut sometime in 2025, the sprawling 3.5-million-square-foot facility, 6425 Byrd Drive, is now likely to launch in late 2026, according to a news release from the company. Amazon purchased land for the facility — 152 acres at the southwest corner of Larimer County Road 30 and Interstate 25 — for $9.4 million in 2022. Construction started in March 2022.
