A former Windsor police officer who broke into his sleeping ex-girlfriend’s apartment was sentenced to two years of probation. The Greeley Tribune reports Timothy Seabra, 33, was sentenced to two years of probation by Larimer County District Court Judge Joseph Findley during an Aug. 17 disposition hearing. Seabra pleaded guilty to second-degree trespassing on farmland with intent to commit a crime as part of an Aug. 17 plea deal, according to Colorado court records. Charges of second-degree burglary, harassment and false imprisonment were dismissed as part of the deal.
