A new traffic signal is going up on Ziegler Road at William Neal Parkway to help pedestrians, cyclists and vehicle traffic coming out of the Rigden Farms neighborhood and future nearby developments. The Coloradoan reports the project had previously envisioned installing a half signal, known as a pedestrian hybrid beacon, and at-grade bicycle and pedestrian crossing, which would have stopped traffic only on Ziegler Road. But now money has been appropriated for a full signal to control traffic on both Ziegler and William Neal.
