New Greeley Low Income Housing Project Being Considered

The Weld County Board of Commissioners and the Greeley City Council look to be set to issue bonds for a low to moderate-income housing project near the Greeley Mall. The bonds issued will total more than $13.61 million dollars. The developer, Inland Group, has proposed an apartment complex that will consist of 240 units and only be available to families making less than 60% of the area median income.
