Friendly Pawn In Loveland To Shutter In September

Friendly Pawn in Loveland is closing after 51 years in Loveland.  The Loveland Reporter Herald reports Friendly Pawn will close Sept. 30. The Lincoln Avenue pawn shop sells a variety of vintage and used tools; jewelry; musical instruments and gear; guns and gun supplies; along with a plethora of other items and offers services like pawn loans.  The owner said closing up shop has been on his mind for the last few years, but that staff has always been the reason to stay open. Most of Friendly Pawn’s staff have been there for over 10 years, others a quarter-century.
