Two Larimer County Businesses Fighting Financial Trouble

Village Pizza in Estes Park has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy . The pizzeria closed at the end of March due to COVID-19. Chapter 7 bankruptcy means the business has ceased operations and is liquidating assets to pay off debt. In addition, The Front Range Gun Club in Loveland has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, citing a million dollar creditor dispute. Filing Chapter 11 seeks to stop payments to creditors for a period of time to reorganize debt and emerge a stronger company.
