Future Legends Ownership Files For Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

The managing member of the collective limited liability companies that own Future Legends Sports Complex has filed a second Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition, now in a California bankruptcy court claiming $100 million to $500 million in liabilities. According to the Greeley Tribune,  Jeff Katofsky filed the petition. The 118-acre complex was supposed to be a central sports hub for sports teams throughout the country, whereby they could hold national tournaments.
