Woman Charged With Stabbing Man In Greeley

A woman is facing attempted murder charges in a man’s stabbing in a west Greeley apartment. According to the Greeley Tribune,  Breann Zabel, 27, was arrested at 12:23 a.m.  Wednesday on suspicion of attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, felony menacing with a domestic violence enhancer.  Zabel was arrested police responded to the Creek View Apartments in the southeast corner of the 83rd Avenue and 20th Street intersection. When police arrived at the apartment, they found a 28-year-old man with a severe stab wound and gave him first-aid and applied a tourniquet to control the bleeding before he was taken to a hospital.  His current condition is unknown.
