Update – Arson is not suspected in an RV fire in Weld County. greeleytribune.com reports, according to a preliminary investigation, the Platteville-Gilcrest Fire District said the vehicle was idling when the fire started in the engine compartment of the unoccupied, approximately 22-foot recreational vehicle Monday night in the parking lot of a RV manufacturing company on Weld County Road 25 1/2. The vehicle was being prepared for a showing, officials said. There were no injuries. Authorities are working to determine how the fire started.
