A pair of administrative lawsuits filed by the office of Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser that involved campaign-finance complaints related to efforts to derail the Catalyst and Cascadia projects in west Greeley have been consolidated into one case — resulting in a delay for hearings in both cases. According to the Greeley Tribune, noting that both lawsuits concern campaigns against the same projects and that plaintiffs and defendants in both cases are represented by the same attorneys, Weiser and senior assistant attorney general Peter G. Baumann issued an order last Wednesday that consolidated the cases into one complaint.
