CSU Board approves budget, tuition freeze for ’21 school year

Colorado State University’s Board of Governors yesterday voted in a tuition freeze for the coming school year.

The system will face 17 million dollars in budget cuts for the year, but was aided by CARES Act funding.

The CSU system will also use 53 million dollars from the Board of Govenors’ emergency fund to soften the budget cuts, which were estimated to be more than 140 million in a May presentation.
