Tuition Headed Up At CSU

Tuition is going up at Colorado State University after the Board of Governors approved the maximum tuition increases allowed by the state legislature, raising tuition 3% for undergraduate Colorado residents and 4% for out-of-state undergraduate students.  According to the Coloradoan, the school received a 9.4% boost in state funding and has a budget totaling just under $1.6 billion.  CSU is including pay raises of 1% for  faculty, administrative professionals and graduate student workers.   The tuition increase will bring in an additional $17.1 million.
