Timnath vies for Topgolf facility

Timnath is offering some serious incentives to lure a Topgolf facility to the western edge of town. A letter, obtained by BizWest shows the mayor is offering an incentives package that includes half-off permit building and impact fees as well as a one-third sales tax share-back for two decades. Timnath wants the facility to come to a gravel pit that was used for construction of the nearby Ladera mixed-use project. No formal plans have been submitted yet. Topgolf, which has two other locations in the state in Thornton and Centennial, had no comment. For the full story, visit https://bizwest.com/.
