Educators in the Thompson School District are getting raises. Under a new collective bargaining agreement that goes into effect this summer, starting salaries will rise from $40,000 to $43,000. The most an experienced teacher could make is $89,000. According to The Loveland Reporter Herald, the salary hikes will cost the district an additional $5 million.
