A police pursuit in a stolen vehicle lands a Weld County Jail man behind bars. Last month, reports the Greeley Tribune, police saw a green SUV with a flat tire driving east on 16th Street. The vehicle pulled over in the 500 block and police pulled in behind it. Police say that’s when the driver, later identified as 22 year old Gabriel Orosco, took off, not long after, crashing into two vehicles heading south on the highway. Orosco was apprehended and officers discovered his driver’s license had been revoked for criminal mischief and theft. The SUV he was in was reported stolen a day or two earlier.
