Larimer County approved a joint grant to the Poudre School District and the Thompson School District worth $2 million each that will fund further career and technical education in both districts. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, half the money comes from ARPA funds,  the other half came from the Bohemian Foundation, a Fort Collins-based nonprofit.  TSD will use its half of the $4 million grant to fund a new career and technical education track for aspiring first responders, including emergency medical technicians, police and firefighters.
