Two people are dead following a small plane crash in Broomfield. It happened Sunday afternoon in the Anthem Ranch community just south of Erie Municipal Airport. North Metro Fire Rescue says no bystanders were hurt, and no homes were damaged. It’s unclear where the plane was heading. The victims haven’t been identified. The FAA will investigate the cause of the crash.
