A long-standing commercial site tucked into a residential stretch of North Madison Avenue is up for a zoning fix this week. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, at its Tuesday meeting, Loveland City Council will consider a request to amend zoning and the comprehensive plan designation for a cluster of properties on North Madison Avenue. The property in question consists of five contiguous lots, spanning portions of the 200 and 300 blocks of Madison Avenue north of First Street. For more than two decades, it has been the home of a commercial construction supplier.
