Like a good neighbor…the city of Fort Collins is working to help residents in need. According to a news release the city’s Adopt A Neighbor program is being expanded to connect healthy volunteers with local residents who need help carrying out regular tasks during the COVID-19 outbreak, like buying groceries, shoveling snow, or caring for pets. Both volunteers and residents who need assistance can learn more at fcgov.com. The city is also in the process of setting up a virtual call center for the program.
