Greeley-Evans SD to buy land on 1st Avenue for $2M+

The Greeley-Evans 6 School District will spend more than $2 million to purchase land. The Greeley Tribune reports the school board voted to approve the purchase of two parcels of land on 1st Avenue. The purchase of the nearly 16 acres at 2650 and 2680 1st Avenue, while approved by the board, remain under legal review. The properties are north and next to the district’s transportation department. Officials said while the district doesn’t have definitive plans for the land, its proximity to land it already owns made the purchase appealing. Get details at https://www.greeleytribune.com/
