A Climate Smart plan is underway in Larimer County , aimed at addressing environmental factors in the region and build out sustainable infrastructure going forward. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, part of the effort includes an interactive database available online that will allow residents and other interested parties to see various concrete environmental goals and track their progress. Some of the goals include incentivizing more businesses to participate in various sustainable energy programs or accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles and e-bikes.
