Update: The name of the suspect involved in a Feb. 13 officer involved shooting has been released. Police say 41 year old Sarah Jesser will be charged with, Attempted First Degree Murder when she is booked into the Weld County Jail upon her release from a local hospital where she is currently receiving medical care. Jesser was apprehended near the Econolodge on W Interstate 25, on a felony warrant when shots were fired. No officers were injured during the shooting. The case remains active and the investigation ongoing, according to a press release.
