Update, Jan. 16: A new trial will be set for a CSU faculty member accused of sexually assaulting a teen in her Loveland home last fall. Pamela Coke’s jury trial has been delayed while prosecutors wait for a ruling from the Colorado Supreme Court on whether they can use evidence obtained from her phone, coloradoan.com reports. Coke pleaded not guilty this week (Monday). Her five-day trial is scheduled to begin Nov. 19.
