UPDATE – The man who crashed into a Loveland Dairy Queen in May was sentenced to 18 months of probation and 100 hours of community service. coloradoan.com reports Michael DuPuis, 32, pleaded guilty to careless driving this week in connection to the incident in which police say the 32 year old was choking, and not under the influence of alcohol, when he crashed, injuring four people, according to court documents.
