The Johnstown Police Department has decided not to pursue charges against a former Milliken teacher. Brian Nelson was questioned after he sent some questionable messages on Instagram to a 14-year-old girl that he believed was suicidal. After screenshots of their conversation showed up online, Nelson told his prinicpal and he was placed on indefinite leave. Police said while the messages were suspicious, there wasn’t enough evidence to support criminal charges.
