An Evans family welcomes the first baby of 2019. Latham William Tellers was born at 12:48 p.m. Tuesday at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. He weighs 8 lbs, 15 oz and measures 22 inches tall. He came about a week before his due date. Latham’s parents received a goody bag.
