Rams Headed to Battle 4 Atlantis in 2025-26 Season
Colorado State men’s basketball to compete in one of the premier Thanksgiving week tournaments
FORT COLLINS – The lost world of Atlantis will become a reality for Colorado State men’s basketball during Thanksgiving week of the 2025-26 season. The Rams will compete in one of the premier Thanksgiving tournaments as one of eight teams to descend upon the Battle 4 Atlantis in the Bahamas, November 26-28.
“Competing in one of the top preseason tournaments at the Battle for Atlantis is a great test for our program. Many great teams and programs have competed in it over the years,” head coach Ali Farokhmanesh said. “We look forward to traveling to the Bahamas in November and showing the nation what Colorado State men’s basketball is all about.”
The Rams are one of four teams in the field who competed in the NCAA Tournament in 2025, joined by Saint Mary’s, Vanderbilt and VCU. The other four teams rounding out the tournament field are South Florida, Virginia Tech, Western Kentucky and Wichita State.
Colorado State is coming off a 26-10 season where the program won its first Mountain West tournament title in 23 years. CSU is entering the Ali Farokhmanesh era in 2025-26 as he was elevated from associate head coach.
