Landeskog Out 4-6 Weeks with Upper-Body Injury

CENTENNIAL, Colo.–Colorado Avalanche forward Gabriel Landeskog will miss four-to-six weeks with an upper-body injury, head coach Jared Bednar announced following Friday’s practice.

“It’s going to be a great opportunity for some guys,” Bednar said of the team captain’s absence. “We need some guys to step up here and elevate their game… Everybody will get more opportunity.”
