Plans For Former Wells Fargo Building In Fort Collins

A Denver-based development firm has purchased the old Wells Fargo building at 401 S. College Avenue in Fort Collins with an eye on development.  The Coloradoan reports Revesco Properties, a real estate investment and development firm, bought the 34,000-square-foot midcentury office building for $2.6 million in early December,  and plans to restore the main bank building back into office space and the   western parcel of the property — formerly home to a drive-up banking center — is the proposed future home of a mixed-use multifamily development.
