Members of the Loveland Housing Authority and its partners joined together in east Loveland Tuesday morning to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new phase at the Edge apartment complex that will provide even more affordable housing for those in need. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, this will be the final phase of the complex that opened in 2016 with the completion of the first phase, opening on the land that once held the the Crystal Rapids water park.
