Library Lease Talks In Weld RE-5J

The Weld RE-5J Board of Education  has approved an agreement to lease half the intermediate elementary school building out to Glenn A. Jones M.D. Memorial Library but requested further revisions before anything is finalized.  The matter was discussed in an executive session, during which  board members conferred with the district’s legal counsel about the lease opportunity.  The Greeley Tribune reports the district approved the agreement “in the form presented” but encountered a few items that require further revisions, including parking, utilities, snow removal and renovations.
