Recently , a semi-truck pulled up to the Food Bank for Larimer County bringing over 31,000 pounds of food. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports the delivery came as a donation from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. The shipment contained nonperishable foods and those that have a longer shelf life, such as pastas, canned vegetables, meats and fruits, peanut butter, non-fat dry milk, flour, dish detergents, etc.
