Boulder man indicted in road rage crash that killed two

A Boulder man has been indicted in connection with a fatal road rage crash earlier this year. Earl Garczynski faces several counts of first-degree murder and vehicular homicide in the crash that involved four vehicles. It happened in May on Highway 287 near mile marker 322, just south of the Larimer-Boulder county line. Police said Garczynski was behind the wheel of a pick-up truck tailgated and brake-checked a Camaro before he struck it. The Camaro then collided with two other vehicles. Camaro driver Daniel Wright and passenger James Jacobson were killed in the crash. Another person was also seriously hurt. Garczynski is being held on a $1 million bond
