Data Addresses Hiring Process Satisfaction in Greeley-Evans District 6

Nearly 90% of new hires in the Greeley-Evans District 6 feel very satisfied or satisfied with the hiring process, according to data from  the district’s human resources director.  According to the Greeley Tribune, the district is putting an emphasis on  operational and organizational effectiveness as part of its strategic plan and hope it will maximize the recruitment, hiring and retention of all employees in the district. The district, with 3,200 employees, is one of the city’s largest employers, with a 2021 city of Greeley fact sheet listing the district as the third-largest employer, behind JBS USA and its affiliates and Banner Health.
