An October 8th court date faces a man charged with stabbing a woman in an alley on the 1000 block of North Lincoln Avenue in Loveland last week. 48 year old Charles Walley was arrested in the 400 block of North Taft Avenue at 4:18 p.m. Sunday, according to the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office. Walley has been charged with second-degree assault causing injury with a deadly weapon, a class 4 felony. He remains in custody at the Larimer County Jail on a $15,000 cash only bond.
