Denver Broncos safety Kareem Jackson was ejected during Sunday’s game against the Washington Commanders over a controversial helmet-to-helmet hit. Jackson was flagged for unnecessary roughness after he hit Washington wide receiver Logan Thomas in the second quarter while Thomas was in the end zone making a catch for a touchdown. Thomas, who had to leave the game due to a concussion, made the catch, and the Commanders scored. Jackson was fined more than $14,000 just last week for a similar hit in the Broncos’ game against Las Vegas.
