Greeley City Council has adopted a resolution allowing the city to study a proposed development with a new arena and ice center and much more on the city’s west side. According to the Greeley Tribune, the measure lets the city manager establish a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with The Water Valley Company specifying what it will take from each side to get underway with what’s known as the West Side Project; a development consisting of an entertainment district, and arena and ice center, a water park hotel, a new transit center and mixed-income and affordable housing.
