Authorities are searching for a missing teenager last seen near Keenesburg. 18 year old Carlos Retana was last known to be at a friend’s home near Weld County Roads 6 and 61 just after midnight on Saturday. A Facebook post from Weld County Sheriff’s Office says Retana had been involved in a car crash near Roads 8 and 59 earlier – and fled the scene of the crash.
