Larimer County resident Mark DeGregorio, accused of possessing child sexual abuse material, has pleaded guilty to one of the felony charges against him and will face sentencing next month. The 67 year old was in court Monday and copped a plea to sexual exploitation of a child through images. That charge could carry a maximum sentence of one to three years in prison and a maximum fine of $100,000. DeGregorio is schedule to appear for sentencing at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 19. DeGregorio’s arrest came after the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office received a cybercrime tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
